Alright my lovelies!! What are we all doing for workouts/exercise?
I'll tell you, I mix it up. I love to run, I do several at home workouts...including T25, PiYo, 21 Day Fix, etc
I like to throw weights in to mix it up...LOVE lifting!
I think lifting and running are probably my soulmate workouts, what's yours?

I do mostly Cardio such as Zumba, Treadmill and Elliptical. I get weights in on some days which I would like to improve because i would love to tone at the same time. I do want to run, I was thinking of doing the C5K..I don't know yet but never know what the future holds0

I'm currently using the C25k app, but I don't know how much longer I'll be able to do it since I have bad knees. I also have an elliptical machine so I should try and use that more. Other than that I don't really exercise AND I have a desk job so I'm pretty sedentary. I need motivation to do more!0

The C25K app I credit with making me fall in love with running. I restarted at least 5 times and over the course of 2 years...but once I finished it was and is the most rewarding best feeling I get from any exercise!0
