So after reading everything about, especially from dragon wolf I decided to look into those groups on here and the first one pointed to a website on it...http://www.dietdoctor.com/lchf it's helped so much in piecing everything together, mainly his 40 min video on his symposium a couple years ago, truly it was enlightening! Gave me all the science stuff as well as real world examples and I'm kind of excited lol. I want to run to the grocery store, but I guess I better plan first lol.
