    2lbs lost in the last fortnight. I am getting to the point where I am not losing quite so consistently. 407lbs.

    tho i chop and change to whichever looks best!
    down to 79.6 kg / 12 st 71/2 .
    440.4 + my 5.5 gives new total of 445.9.
