Please join me in congratulating this week’s winners as well as some of our stars who will appear in the fun facts. It was a pleasure facilitating this challenge. Unfortunately, due to a person loss, I will not be able run a new one in the foreseeable future. Fun Facts
****Of the 144 challengers we had start 5 weeks ago, 74 challengers remained.
****Of the 74 challengers remaining, 86% of you lost weight. 15% lost in double digits, 70% lost in single digits and the remaining 15% gained no more than 3 pounds from where they started (to me this is a no gain because weight fluxes 5 pounds a day anyway..) These are amazing results!!!
*****For the 74 remaining in the challenge, the total weight loss of the group as of today was 306 pounds. Adding back in our missing challengers, this jumps to about 330 pounds.
Again, it was my pleasure. Everyone enjoy the rest of your year and hopefully, I will see you the first of year for a new year’s challenge.
