Hello everyone. I was sleeved on Cinco de Mayo this year, and I have lost about 53 pounds so far. It was the best decision I have made in a very long time! Looking for friends and support as I continue this journey. It has not been easy but it has been worth it!

    My food diary is open, sleeved 11/20/2013. 1 lb from normal BMI for ht.

    Congrats and welcome aboard!

    I am due to have VSG on September 30th.

    Lots of good people here. What I did when I started here was to go back and read three or four pages of topics. I got a great insights into the breadth of experiences and gathered some friends on my list from all stages of the process.
