Any Larger People out there using the Zip?

The reason I question this is because my Zip registers a lot of extra steps for me, like 64 just transferring it to a different pair of pants. And when I wore it on my bra, it registered over 80 steps when I only took like 12. I suspect it's because my fat jiggles when I walk, causing the extra steps to be logged. Does anyone else have this issue?

I don't know, but it is possible. I've seen others post a similar observation, but haven't really seen what seems like a consistent answer. Perhaps do a test: look at your zip step count, wait a few seconds standing still and look again, then walk 100 carefully counted steps (each footfall or weight shift is a step), stop moving for a few seconds and look at your step count. I suggest not moving a few seconds on both ends of the test because sometimes there can be a small delay between doing the steps and it showing on your device. How many steps did it count? You can try different placements to see where it is most accurate for you. My One usually under credits me a little--counting 96-98 steps when I counted 100. If I run or jump (I've done this test walking, skipping, jogging, running, jumping like I was jumping rope), I tend to get slightly more than 100 steps. But I can intentionally shake my One and it doesn't credit steps, so maybe it is just a little less sensitive than your Zip.

I just switched from a Zip to a Flex last week and never realized how much it overcounted on me...somewhere in the range of 2-3000 steps when I wore them both to work
