Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies

I don't eat 100% paleo but I am always looking for ways to incorporate healthy but delicious foods into my diet. I love to bake and try new recipes and came across this one from the blog, Against All Grain. These cookies are FANTASTIC! I followed the recipe (using grass-fed butter) and did not make any substitutions. I love these cookies so much that I just had to share!
