Hello everyone! I am returning to MFP and am new to Strava. I have just started successfully commuting to and from the Train by bicycle. I say "successfully", because I had technically started this in June, but had an unfortunate encounter with a lightrail track that ended in a chipped tooth and an almost broken arm. I have just barely been able to get back on my bike in the last couple of weeks. Prior to this year, it has been since High School that I have spent any time on a bicycle.
I have to say that I am really enjoying being back on a bike and look forward to getting back into shape. Mostly, though, I just wanted to say hi to the group. Thanks!

Commuter biking is a great way to get your exercise in before/after work. Excellent. Tho I bet the chipped tooth had to hurt! As you get more bike fit, you're falls will be less (albeit more spectacular as one gets faster & bolder:laugh:)0
