How is everyone doing? Any fun last minute summer vacation plans coming up?
I have about 2 months left before my Tough Mudder event at the end of October and I'm slightly freaking out! lol. I keep telling ymself I won't be able to doit because I'm still so big, but I need to stop it. I AM going to finish it. I can deadlift 195 lbs, bench press 100 lbs, and back squat 145 lbs....I WILL FINISH THIS TOUGH MUDDER!!!!!! I'm so determined. I am strong. Hear me roar!! :glasses: lol
Other than that I don't have much going on. Just working on getting my eating habits back under control and training.
