New Lifting Program

Feeling great after 30 days into my newest lifting program, Body Beast! I started out eating around 1800 calories and have slowly raised my intake to 2400. My macros have changed from 40% protien 40% carbs and 20% fat to 25% protien 50% carbs and 25% fat. Feeling like I have tons of energy and making great gains in my strength. My goals are to add 20lbs of lean muscle and be around 7% body fat with a year of this program. Here are my month 1 results! I have uploaded my 30 progress pics to my profile!
30-day results:
Neck: +1/2"
Chest: +3/4"
Arms: +1/4" Left catching up to right
Waist: - 1/2"
Belly: -1"
Hips: - 1"
Thighs: 0"
Weight: +1.5 lbs. (5'9" at 157 lbs.)
Calories: 2400/day (staying for now)

Not to bad for eating 600 calories more than my, or what I thought was my, maintenance level. I think it might be moving up! Have a great Friday everyone!
