Please can anyone help with this query
before i was using my fitbit i would enter say a 50 minutes walk on my fitness pal would give approx 250 calories for that.
Now i have fit bit i do not enter the walk on my fitness pal but it records on fitbit and only gives something like 75 calories- why such a difference and am i supposed to still add the walking onto my fitness pal as well???
