Hormones & Dieting

My endo is taking forever to get me at steady levels. My E is wavering between 40 and 60 - I'm thinking of going on shots. My T is *finally* just entering perfect levels (40 last month, 20 this month). I've been on HRT for 8 months and my progress has been excellent, physically.
With pretty low E and all the kind of problems that come with that, how can I diet successfully? I've also had to cut out all the leafy greens (my favorite diet method) because my potassium was getting too high. Eating less just makes me feel incredibly hungry and it's hard to eat bulk without unlimited green veggies.

I find for me is to load right up on protein - fish, poultry, eggs & cottage cheese. Obviously you have to eat less of them but I find I stay full for a long time using them.
Also, google is your friend! http://www.health.com/health/gallery/0,,20640804,00.html1 -
perhaps try eating estrogen rich foods like flax seeds, sunflower seeds, soy etc?0
