Fibit not recording any steps

Woke up this morning and walked around the house a little bit and noticed that my fitbit is not recording any steps. Has this happened to anyone before and what did u do to get it wokring again . Thanks

    Is it charged? I had this happen when it was nearly dead, but once I charged it I had no issues.

    If that isn't the case, try resetting it. (Assuming it is a One:) Plug it into your computer with the charge cable, hold the button until for 10 seconds, take it out of the cable and hold the button until it comes on. (If it isn't the One, you'll need to look on the FitBit help section for how to reset it. I don't have experience with the other models.)

    If that doesn't work, email FitBit.

    You can invest in a cheap pedometer in the time being to make sure you are meeting your daily goal. If you go this route, you can manually log your steps on the FitBit website.
