    You are going to be fine! They don't inundate you with info right away and are very encouraging! Ask questions! I am so excited that you are joining Rose and me at WMC!

    How did your first visit go? I have my 3rd visit happening this weekend and I am nervous that I haven't really lost any weight this round. Hoping this group can help with support and motivation.
