"Wait with me for a while. I have much to tell you. You are walking along the path I have chosen for you. It is both a privilege and a perilous way: experiencing My glorious Presence and heralding that reality to others. Sometimes you feel presumptuous to be carrying out such an assignment.
Do not worry about what other people think of you. The work I am doing in you is hidden at first. But eventually blossoms will burst forth, and abundant fruit will be borne. Stay on the path of Life with Me. Trust Me wholeheartedly, letting My Spirit fill you with Joy and Peace.

How can I relate this to my weight loss journey?
Well let's just say I needed this, this morning. I am upset. I have only lost 4 lbs since I got back on track. I know that is good, but I wanted to lose all the 6 lbs I had gained back, from when I when off track. I know that my body will not lose anything for sometimes weeks at a time then all of a sudden boom it comes off. I am just frustrated. Times like this I have to keep reminding myself that God is the one that put me on this path and He is walking along the path with me. I am not alone. He will carry me through no matter how hard it is to stay on this path. I have to trust Him wholeheartedly.
Good Morning Father, Thank you for walking this path with me. You are my rock. I really need your help today. I am upset with the weight not coming completely off. I know you put me on this path and you knew that I would have moments like this. Please give me the strength to not give up. I love you Father, in Jesus Name, Amen

God definitely put us on our chosen paths and will continue walking alongside us. we just have to continue in faith. i'm so proud of you for getting back on track and losing 4 of those 6 pounds you gained. just keep at it and it'll come off. God bless~0
