that I took pics of my ribs today? I was just so glad to see them again, I'm down to 112 my goal is 100 like I used to be.....

I'd take it as a warning sign that you might have it flaring up right now. Try to stay aware of your thoughts regarding weight and food. Also 100 sounds like a dangerously low number unless you are under 5".0
