I have decided to try a 7 day shred, then continue what I was doing before, I have been avoiding getting back on the elliptical because it will have no mercy and 7 mins. 5x's a day is probably going to be a mini challenge in itself. And I also am going to come clean of any and all future slips lets call them, to hold myself accountable, I want you ladies, my friends to be proud of me cause I am proud of you when yall do well, and it encourages me to try, try, and try again until this eating right is a habit, and exercise is second nature. :noway: I aint goin back to dat! :brokenheart: P.S. want to lose that 9 pounds

I don't know what the 7 day shred is. I was never good with any kind of gimmick or fad diet thing. It works for so many people, though! Like they say, a little exercise is better than none. Maybe you can just do a bit? Then you might be motivated to keep on going. Just a thought!

Hi Jan the shred is eating everything pure organic clean earthy foods like greens, garbanzo (chick Peas), carrots, celery, fruits and berries, nuts, fungus (mushrooms). then you eat like 5 meals a day but all in 1/2 cup or less sizes. Thanks for the encouragement on the exercising, I know I will get back in gear soon. About day 3 or 4 of this shred I'll be craving exercise to relieve the boredom .lol.

Ah, ok. I've heard of the shred but had no clue. I couldn't do that because of all the carbs. The only way I have ever lost weight, and kept it off, was low carbs. It is also a must for not getting diabetes type 2 for me. I miss fruits!! Some day I will get to go back to eating some of those things.
I also need to exercise more. I got a little lazy these past few weeks of the summer. This week I will be busy 24/7 with my family here visiting, so I don't know how I will get to work out. I can always go for walks early in the morning. The weather is wonderful now, especially for that in the early am hours. Right now I am going back to sleep! I've been up since 4 and that just is not right! Have a wonderful Sunday!!
