Feeling lost about where to start.

I was diagnosed my Sophomore year of High School, and I'm now a Junior in College who let the stress of life/full load semesters win over my body. Losing weight is never easy, but losing it with PCOS sometimes feels impossible!
I'm on Metformin, and have been since I was diagnosed, and through out High School I did lose weight, I was at my lowest my senior year, but I have gained it all back (not quite as heavy as I was before being diagnosed, which was something like 230 pounds, but heavier than I would like to be). College has not been kind to me (along with some life things/anxiety/depression the whole deal).
So I'm trying to really lose weight with a diet and exercise, but everywhere I turn is people talking who don't have PCOS and their diets are always a bit different. I don't know quite where to start. Any advice would be wonderful.

hey lady! I would reccomend jillian michaels yoga meltdown three times a week and T25 program. I have lost over 100 lbs doing it and I have insulin resistant PCOS. Also what helped me was staying away from any White carbohydrates. Best of luck!0
