Iliopsoas issues, stretch recommendations?

Any one have this? I'm SUPER flexible from a zillion years of yoga (and a stint as a yoga instructor) and I'm having a hard time getting a good stretch for my super painful iliopsoas (right side) because the stretches are too easy.
I have on my list: deep lunges (knee up), pigeon pose, tree pose
those aren't super rigorous, so any others to add?

Psoas stretches don't work well for me...
Have you tried lysing on your stomach and massaging it with a hard ball? It hurts like a ***** but after a couple of days I can usually manage to release some trigger points and it gets better.
It's a really hard muscle to stretch and reach :S0 -

I'm beginning to find that out! Nothing works on it!
My coach also recommended pigeon, revolved triangle and a deep lunge w/ backbend (knee down). I'll try the ball, also! thanks!0
