Helpful to do list!

Ok, so I have been really struggling this past week. I know we all do however I am saying to myself what is the point. I have been working my butt off and trying to eat as best as I can and I don't feel like I am making progress (knowing me, it probably just isn't quick enough) so I found this to do list in another post an thought I would share it here. The post was long so I just copied the highlights. Maybe this will help someone else too.
Awake every morning and do your best to follow this daily TO-DO list:
Think positively.
Eat healthy.
Exercise today.
Worry less.
Work hard.
Laugh often.
Sleep well.
Repeat…
