Welcome to the Wellness Club’s food diary challenge!! Have you logged your food so far today?
What you eat makes a difference in how you feel. Making changes to your diet starts with knowing what you are eating. That knowledge is power and can allow you to make informed choices, whatever they may be. That's why we've challenging you to track your food intake for four weeks. By the end of the challenge you will have some data to analyze and inform your diet choices. We recommend that you come to our nutrition workshop to learn more about a healthy balanced diet on September 19.
This challenge runs from August 25 - September 19, which is only four weeks! If you have tips or tricks that you would like to share with the group you can share with the group here or email Angie or Jeanine. We would love to hear from you!
