How'd did everyone do?

I made it, just barely. I started at 180lbs. Yesterday my scale was at 164.6. That makes my 15 week loss at 15.4lbs!

    i made it and then gained back 2...i weigh in tomorrow to see if i managed to RE-lose those 2. i'm now 17 pounds from goal...i seem to be cha cha-ing.... BUT oh! i'm not where i was back on january 1st. look how far i've come baby! :) -60...+2 three weeks ago...last week just maintained that two pound loss... = -58! i'll take it. thanks again for managing and starting this challenge! loved it!

    Week 15. Unofficially 179 I did it. I say this because it's TOM and I'm all bloated but my calorie intake and exercise should reflect the 1 lb loss. I consistently loose 1 lb a week

    Thank you for the challenge this got me through my summer off and I was able to stay on track with 1 lb a week loss.

    Hi all,

    Not really been posting my weekly weighins (sorry) but my starting weight was 86.9 kg / 191.6 lbs so a target of 79.8kg / 175.6 lbs. As of today I am 77.6 kg / 170.7 lbs.

    So a loss over the 15 weeks of just under 21 lbs so smashed the target!! Actually more or less on maintainance now too, aiming to just to lose a couple more kg (about 5 lbs).
