I'm preparing for my sleeve surgery, and I'm looking for a good non-flavored protein that can be used in cooking. Has anyone found one they really like?

Because the protein will coagulate at higher temps you have to stir it into partly cooled food. I used Unjury unflavored but did not like it. I rapidly switched to Kroger carbmaster vanilla milk(11g protein) in my protein shakes until I was on soft food. Then I just ate ricotta, egg beaters, tuna, cottage cheese, mashed kidney beans, surimi, Greek yogurt and salmon salad, kale, hummus, puréed edamame, wet ground meat.
