I am interested. I too haven't been eating too great these last few months. I've been overindulging in sugary foods such as cake, chocolate, flan, cheesecake, etc. This challenge should help me get back on tracm

    I have done bit over 5 weeks so far with no refined sugar and will happilly extend that another 30 days and beyond. It gets much easier after first few days as long as all refined sugar has been cut out.
