Hello,

My name is Catherine, I was looking for tips for loosing weight before the "big day". I got engaged in April to my awesome fiance Tom and I feel like I've really gotten out of touch with all the moving and all the planning. I am getting married April of 2016 and I want to be at my goal weight of 120 lbs. I was just curious if anyone has found a great way yet to mix the stressful day to day life with a great balance of working out and eating right?
