Downright tasty in my opinion. I did salt the water tho, that was not in the instructions. Have to thank Espressocycle for the recommend. $4.99 at Whole Foods but the packet really serves 6-8 when you eat as little as we do. I whipped up a quick Alfredo sauce and topped with crumbled bacon. Super yum and loaded with protein. I have a pack of the black bean spaghetti and I am looking forward to that. Headed to support group tonight with my bag of size 8 and 6 pants. I have been working out, gained 2 lbs and dropped to size 4. My fat has completely been completely moving its locations.

Hmmmm... Might have to try that! Might have to make a Whole Foods run at LUNCH! I'm kind of bored with food right now and need a change up! And yay you with the bag of 6 and 8 give aways! Size 4 is da bomb! Hope I stay here. I can't afford to replace all my pants again!

Have not tried that one but I did buy Tolerant Food red lentil pasta and it was yummy! I made a heavenly pasta salad with it. I got it at Whole Food. Downside - $9 a box.

They don't have it at my Whole Foods :-( But they did have the red lentil pene that looks pretty good and has high protein. Bought some and will try that!

I love Explore Asia Mung Bean pasta. I purchase mine on Amazon thru Subscribe n' save - 6 bags for 18.78, so about $3.10/bag. They are 8 ounce bags which for me is 8 servings. I do really like it and it's full of protein and fiber. Sometimes I add a tomato gravy, other times a little olive oil and parmesan. I hadn't thought to add salt to the water. I'll add it next time because that would make it taste better.
