Fitbit not linking to MFP

Does anyone know if they can help me? I have been away for a while from MFP but recently joined back up. I connected my Fitbit through the APPS tab and for the first day (Tues) it worked and in my exercise tab it put in a Fitbit Adjustment. Then yesterday nothing was reported from Fitbit to MFP (no Fitbit adjustment). I walked 90 min yesterday and manually entered it onto MFP but throughout the course of the day my Fitbit said I walked 8 miles (I work on my feet all day).
Today I disconnected Fitbit (through the APPS tab) and then reconnected it again in an attempt to get it to work. However, that seems to be the only time MFP logs any information from my Fitbit.

Please tell me I don't have to disconnect it and reconnect it everyday for it to sync up. I'm not sure if I am missing something. If anyone can help me figure it out I would greatly appreciate it.

    Do you use apps for either service?

    After you disconnect from MFP, you need to go to Fitbit and Revoke access on their site too.
    Then restart.

    I ask about app usage on Android or iOS because it seems those using them are more prone to issues syncing.

    OK thanks. I do use both MFP and Fitbit APPS on my Windows phone. I will disconnect and reconnect on both MFP and Fitbit and see if that fixes it.
