hmmn. i'm dealing with the front-of-kneecap stuff and i'm 98% certain she's right about it being from overtight tendons/overuse of the quads. however, i'm still recovering and experimenting and so far it seems like taking a more narrowed, parallel stance is actually *helping*, for me.
it's all grist to the mill though. i'm getting to be a real expert on what experts say about squats.0 -
