As someone who has been on a weight loss journey since October of 2012, I am frequently adding new mini-goals to my weightloss. My August-September goal is to drink 1/2 my body weight of water in oz per day (80ozs). I do this since I can't stay 100% on diet (traveling a lot) so it helps me still stay health focused without nagging myself about calorie intake.
So, what is your little change? Lowering sodium, cutting out sweets, limiting alcohol consumption? Any short term goals?

Carb limiting (more like avoidance). I'm really good about staying under a calorie number, but can eat two weight watchers ice cream bars instead of dinner and not care. I know its not healthy on so few calories, so I'm hoping that at least following the suggested sugar intake, and aiming for less carbs will help, but just doing it through small choices like having a bunless burger, or choosing to snack on beef jerky instead of fiber one bars0

I have been really into meal prep the past two weeks so my goal for September is to meal prep every Sunday or Monday for the work week ahead. It really helps me stay on track.0

I think I have reached my "set weight" and am maintaining with little to no effort. I would like to lose about five pounds more before my dress fitting (they had to order a size down eeeeek), so I am trying to go lower in carbs than I usually do. Hopefully my body is okay with this! I have maintained 122 for over a year but I just cant break it and it's infuriating!0
