Fitbit - what happened?

My Fitbit One was working well (Ive had it about a month now) and all of the sudden it seems to not be syncing properly. Frequently I will find that what is showing on my one is not showing up the same on the app. This is disappointing and I am not sure what to do about it.

Any suggestions?

Also, Fitbit calculates much lower calories in MFP. Is this normal?

    My Flex goes through that every so often. I have noticed it is almost always when its charge is low (even if I think it shouldn't be) and you'll also want to see if the phone app updated recently (if you use the app, that is.) A full charge and a phone reboot usually do the trick for me. There is also a way to reset the fitbit (doesn't lose your info) that you can also try.

    I had trouble with syncing my fitbit ultra today. Very frustrating. I did some research and one member suggested waiting a least an hour after re-setting. It is working now.
