Hoping there are some more Columbus area "losers" on here 
I've been following this calorie counting plan for a few months and have been amazed at my own results. I know it doesn't work for everyone but it just found it at the right time when a combination of factors made me realize I had to make a change in my lifestyle. So far, so good!
