Keep it simple again this month! How many hours will you work out in Sept?

Great that you have started with a new challenge! My goal for September is 1500 mins. I am keeping it that high in hope that i will push harder.

I was down with a sore throat and cough this past week, so not much in the way of exercise. With a 53 minute run yesterday and 67 minutes of run and yoga today, I'm at 120 minutes for the month. Have a lot catching up to do.0

ouch @fitmiks! glad you are feeling better today.
it was week 4 for me in C25K and i think i died! i had to take 30 -45 seconds breaks during the 2nd rounds of 3 & 5 minutes! if i am unable to do it properly by the end of the week, i shall certainly repeat this week.

I had planned a run but as usual didnt wake up in time; so substituted with a 30Day Shred workout. 36 minutes down. and lots more to go!0

thanks jasneet for suggesting fitness blender. i tried one workout yday evening.. 15 mins and 10 more min walking.
and today morning another 60 mins of brisk walk. My minutes to go - 1070!0 -
You're welcome @greeshu! I really like fitness blender and will go back to them after finishing off my c25k
so it was run day! week 4 is a killer! i could just manage 3+5+3 and the last 5 minute run was tooooooo much! i had to take a break and then stop running at 4 minutes odd.. i will be repeating this week...i dont want to head into week 5 without really being able to run for long durations.
