    I'm at 183, zero loss, zero gain. That's two weeks of no gain and no loss.

    According to the food diary, I should be between 172 and 177 in 5 weeks, that's going to be hard if I can't lose a pound in two weeks. Go figure.

    (No excuses, just working to figure this out, I even had a 1000+ calorie burn day Saturday. I may not be losing, but if I'm nothing else, I am persistent. I'll keep at it.)

    Ashley's a beast ^_- Yeah thanks for weighing in everyone. Not much of a point of doing a ceremony this week. Not surprising considering the holiday weekend. Hmm I'll give credit you guys for your weight loss and give a little something extra for showing up and hopefully things will be back to normal next week.
