15 of the 40 lbs I lost..but BACK with a vengence

How about you? Seriously worked my tail off taking it off..checking in daily and watching - must say it was hard and what do I do - LANDSLIDE up not down... 15 lbs.. Ok so I can do this I say to myself as I return...started a group here FORGIVE YOURSELF to start with ME. I'm counting.. Starting NOW. Staying in touch with mfp groups and friends is a good reminder and some folks noted and sent me kudos for my return back.. I've been logging for a couple of weeks now and of course still averaging 2000 cals a day.. when I need only 1200 - so I'm on my journey again. Wish me luck and share your tales with me..I need the inspiration now. Peace.
