Hi- What is your advice - to pay to download the materials or just find them and read what you can find without the expense? I am spending today reading up and getting my plan in place. For me, being organized and getting a routine down is key.
Thanks!0 -
Many materials are completely free on the Whole30 website. Check out this link: http://whole30.com/pdf-downloads/
I would also recommend following Whole30 and Whole30recipes on Instagram.
The only thing you would have to pay for is their book It Starts With Food. It's a good read, but (in my opinion at least) not necessary to do the program. It does, however, give you the science behind their program, which can be motivational I find.
Nom Nom Paleo and The Clothes Make the Girl are also great blogs to check out.0 -
When I first tried the Whole 30 2 years ago, I subscribed to their daily email. It helped me stay on track. I think it was before the book came out. I don't think I got any new info from the emails, but it certainly helped me stay focused. On the other hand, I only lasted about 18 days. I was experiencing some other health problems at the time and used that as an excuse to fall off the program.0

Yes! I'm getting the emails. They are awesome - totally worth the $15 in my opinion. I've read their book It Starts With Food, but I don't feel like reading it again
The emails summarize a lot of the same information and it feels SO good to click the link at the bottom of each email to "confirm" that you did, indeed, eat clean that day.
