My Fitbit has lost its tiny mind

I have done 7,000 steps today and it's alleging that I've earned 600 cals in exercise. Although I would love for this to be right, it's clearly not. Has anyone else had the same issue? any thoughts on how to resolve it? thanks :)

    Check that your settings (on MFP) haven't changed themselves to "sedentary" or something... Mine did that once.

    May want to double check that your weight is correct on FitBit. I had a something go wrong one and FitBit thought I was at 1400 lbs, my calorie burn was way off on that day.

    Thank you! it fixed itself, but now it won't sync with my phone. sigh.
