So, I've seen so many mix reviews on Shakeology from beach body and I must say I would give it a 100% review. If you have high sweet cravings (which I do) this product can really help curb your appetite, leave you with a full feeling and more importantly energize you through your workouts. For my husband and I chocolate and vanilla seem to be the best ones. And no I'm not a Beach Body coach nor do I make money off of saying this. But from my own experience it leaves you feeling full, energized, and really maxes out some of the energy you can push through on some of these workouts! Anyone who hasn't tried it, I urge you to highly consider it. (;
