Get more QUALITY sleep, and wake up between 8:45am-9:15am daily
Continue where I left off with Tapout XT... I'm WAY behind :/

    I've been way too inconsistent with my activity levels. Yes, I am WAY more active than last October when I started but it's still all too common for me to have days where my only activity is a quick round the block walking the dog (and only after she whines a lot to make me get off the couch...)

    Focus: Making sure I get a minimum of 30 minutes of activity DAILY for the rest of September.

    Today: 4 min down, 26 to go :laugh:

    I want to do cardio at least 3 times every week. My boyfriend keeps insisting that I exercise with him, but he's so wishy washy that he's throwing me off my game.

    Also, I'm moving into a new place with weights, so I want to start weight lifting this month! Aiming for 2 days of weight training a week once I move into my new place this weekend.
