Hi, everyone. I just joined this website and this forum, looking obviously not to go on a weightloss diet right now but just to keep up with fitness and health during the rest of my pregnancy. I'm due at the end of December this year!
So far I've been trying to stay active, going for walks every day and doing some very light weight training on the machines at the gym. I've already gained from around 62 kg to 66 kg, and I'm trying to keep it from shooting up these last few months to hit the 70 kg goal my doctor gave me by trying to really cut out the junk food now that the cravings have passed and focus on small meals of natural, healthy foods.
I had already gained weight up from 50 kg over the past couple years while going through the stress of a move and fertility treatments, so I'd really like to keep from overgaining during pregnancy and stay fit so I can work on losing the baby weight and the extra weight more easily afterwards. Which is why I'm here! Looking for good ideas and motivation. (:
