Hi all .. My names Ian and I'm 33 from down near london ..
Just trying get some more uk friends as working on the same time line is so much easier lol ..
I take my diet and all serious but also think there is time to have a laugh and mess around at times
After all U can't take it all too serious would drive u nuts ...
So if anyone wants to add me or thinks I'm right for your friends list pls add oh and send a little message also

Feel free to add me, I have just reached my goal weight so will be moving on to maintenance very soon but have been successful on here and my diary is open to friends (not always the healthiest of foods but has worked for me) :drinker:0
