Hello!
I see some posts on here and there about yoga so just a quick post:
I teach HeavyWeight Yoga and yes, it is now in Houston - anyone familiar with it or have Abby's videos I teach small home classes on Saturday mornings, and private and semi-private classes by appointment. I will also teach a Monday or Tuesday weekday class as there is interest and need. My FB page is HeavyWeight Yoga Houston.
ANOTHER thing coming up that I am not affiliated with beyond taking a lot of classes (but really recommend) is Big Yoga in the Heights is having a 40 Days to Personal Revolution. It is MUCH different than the yoga I teach, but it is great. They have been around since 2011 and have creating a truly amazing practice and the 40 Days passes it onto students - if you have EVER wondered what 40 days of yoga could do for you I recommend you Google them, check out the website and sign up while it is still open. Basically you buy a book which you can get from them or online, borrow - they don't care - and pay for the yoga.
Also - if you want to carpool cause it is in the Heights and if you are like me, NW Houston, it adds up - I would be happy to do that when I am driving to Big from NW Houston.
