Should I still enter exercise if I wear a Fitbit?

Hi!
This morning I worked out and hadn't entered anything on my diary yet. I noticed that my diary had "-97" for exercise already. I assume its because its syncing with my Fitbit. I was also wearing my Polar watch. It had me at 30mins and 276 calories burned. So my question is should I not entered manually enter my exercise since it's already gave me some points?
Yesterday it didn't give me anything. So i'm wondering if its entering this cause I haven't entered any food so the calorie in/calorie out component isn't there? I don't know. Any insight would be helpful.

It depends on the exercise. I don't add it for walking/running unless I'm pushing the stroller (I have a flex). I do add yoga, Pilates, dance, weights because the movement isn't enough to log how much I'm actually burning.0
