Week One Weight In & Challenge for the Week

It's here! Real football starts today. I have Jordy Nelson so I will be glued to the tube tonight.

Please share your weight today & I will get it on a google spreadsheet.

Challenge Week One: No eating after dinner. Can you stay away from the snacks and goodies after the Kitchen is Closed? What "dinner" means what it means to you (if you work a night shift, etc. . .). But no snacking after dinner.

Can you do it?

    Packers are my team since I live in Wisconsin. What a way to start the season though having to play the Seahawks (I am a Russell Wilson fan too since he played for Wisconsin in college). I have Jordy Nelson, Percy Harvin and Steve Hauschka from Seattle too. It is going to be a rough night.

    I posted this elsewhere, but starting weight is 156lbs so after 21 weeks I should be 135. Or that is the goal:smile:

    I gained a pound this week :( But I think it's because I started working out a lot again so I'm retaining water during muscle repair. I did so well eating this week, so I can't be discouraged. I weigh in at 169 this week.
