New to Group

Hi all...i have been doing Turbo Carb Cycle since last Tuesday. I can already feel a difference in my clothes and how i feel. I didnt realize i was supposed to weigh on saturday so i did on sunday..no loss but thats ok...im looking for help on recipes and snack ideas...i meal prep for lunch and snacks...and normally know what i will have for breakfast...dinner is usually what my hubby fixes and is normally healthy food..if not i make sure to find something else or use extreme portion control....i need to re-read the book...but im hoping others that have found success will help me.
