Dashboard on phone VS Dashboard on Comp

So my dashboard on my phone is always in the red and says that I have been over budget all week, but when I log on from a computer, it says I am under my calorie budget all week. According to MFP, I have been over a few days and under a few......Not sure which one I should be listening too? Should I cut more calories out of my day??or eat more??....I work out about 5 times a week and MFP is set to 1400 calories a day, I eat about 50%-100% of my exercise calories back. I'm looking to lose 1-1.5 lbs. a week. Thanks in advance for anyone's help.
