Flex's four lights of death?

Has anyone had this issue? I have an email in to Fitbit but I have a feeling based on what I've read i'll be waiting a while.
I charged my Fitbit Flex over night. It looked like it charged had five blinking lights. I put in my wristband and nothing. It's just dead. Now when I put it in the charger it does nothing and it seems to only show me these four lights (two sets of steady lights separated by a blank spot in the middle). Anyone seen this? What does it mean? I've tried restarting my flex too but it's not responding to anything.
Help!

Yup, it's dead. Mine did this last month. I'll give you some advice though, call Fitbit, don't wait for the email support. I called and they shipped me a new one the same day and I had it within 4 days.
Good luck0 -
Thanks! I am on hold now.0

Hey @strawmama - did you have your receipt still? I'm hoping they will still help me out since I don't have it.0

I still had mine
I bought mine on Amazon and just downloaded a copy of my purchase.0 -
As a dodo!
The support email team asked me to do some tests but took my word for it when I said nothing worked and despatched a replacement v quickly. I sent them a screen shot of my amazon order as evidence of purchase.
It was impressive customer service.0 -
Thanks for the feedback and the advice to call! My new Flex is on the way, even though I didn't have a receipt. Really high quality service.0

mine is doing the same thing right now, i just bought it a few months ago, i am so pissed. i am not sure if i should go to the store or contact fitbit. either way i want a new one pronto. and i think they should fix this problem0

put it in the charger and use a paperclip to reset. let charge to a full charge.
if it doesn't work/happens again soon, contact fitbit for a replacement.
it is extremely unreasonable to expect a device that gets this much use/wear to work without hiccups.0
