"I am your best Friend, as well as your King. Walk hand in hand with Me through your life. Together we will face whatever each day brings: pleasures, hardships, adventures, disappointments. Nothing is wasted when it is shared with Me. i can bring beauty out of the ashes of lost dreams. I can glean Joy out of sorrow, Peace out of adversity. Only a Friend who is also the King of kings could accomplish this divine alchemy. There is no other like Me!
The friendship I offer you is practical and down-to-earth, yet it is saturated with heavenly Glory. Living in My Presence means living in two realms simultaneously; the visible world and unseen, eternal reality. I have equipped you to stay conscious of Me while walking along dusty, earthbound paths.

How can I relate this to my weight loss journey?
This just confirms even more that God is walking this journey with me. He will help me through each day, what ever it may bring. I just need to realize this more. He is there to go through it all with me, MY BEST FRIEND. So when I am stressed, angry, upset, hurt, even happy, God is here to share them with me. I don't need food to deal with all those emotions.

Thank you for being there and helping me through my day. Please continue to do so today. Whatever comes my way help me to remember you are right there with me. In Jesus Name. Amen"

This posting will help in my weightloss journey because I know on days when I'm either feeling down about myself or if I over ate that God is forever in my life. He will always be on my side and helping me to overcome the negative thoughts and processes that I put upon myself. I need to understand the God will not put to much on me that I can't handle.0

I can't seem to stop thinking about this one today. God is my BEST FRIEND. I have always known that God walks with me daily but this just hit me in a new light. He is my BEST FRIEND.
