How do you add raw juices to your food diary?

I fasted for 16 days last month and felt great and lost 13 pounds. HooWoo! Anyway I felt the need to eat some greens and beans for some reason so I did for a few days. Now I am ready to do another juice fast. Is anyone else doing a fast right now? I am trying to put in the calories but I have to put in the raw food because they don't have raw juices listed. How do you add your juices to your food diary?

    I can't be that much help, because I didn't and don't log that accurately. But, if you Google for juice nutritional values, or something... I've seen this question before, and I THINK there's some sites with what might be comparable juices to what you have, with nutritional data. You can also try looking for it here, in the MFP database. Odds are someone has logged something very close to what you are trying to find.

    Congrats on your weightloss!!! I have been juicing for a couple of weeks but not for a whole day, more like a meal. I am ready to start. Any good tips you would like to share?
