Yay!! Over halfway through the first week!!! Day 4!!! I hope you're all doing really well. If not don't worry that's plenty of time to get back on it!!
The weekend is here and I know for many of you that means bad food or drinking so just try to make healthy choices. Do really need a drink for the next 100 days? It's only 100 days!! But if you do, just have 1 or 2. And choose healthy food choices rather than giving into temptation.
And don't forget your mini goals. My mini goal for today is:
- Go to the gym or go for a long walk
- Stick to my set meals for the day

Its going really good and I am strong .
My skin is feeling so good (May be due to right food and water intake), so I am extra glad.

Today will be a challenge, got a day out at the bay with restaurant food and drink involved so
1. have breakfast before we go
2. stick to a jacket potato for lunch
3. plan only 4 alcoholic drinks and drink water in between
and pray the Kebab shop is closed at home time....... wish me luck :ohwell:0 -
my minis goals for today are:
Eat only one or two junk food items because todays my cheat day other than that keep eating healthy
walk my dog 1x today
drink 8 cups of water0 -

-Hit my macros
-Go to the gym

Good morning all :flowerforyou: Day 4, and doing OK. Today I want to continue my walking, I will do 3 miles today. I need to drink more water, I tend to have my 2 big mugs of tea in the morning then not drink much for the rest of the day, so gotta work on that.

Had a great day 3 after slipping on day 2, so I am feeling motivated!
Looking forward to a busy day today and tomorrow, but I like that because it keeps me out of the fridge and cupboards.
Today's goals are:

so far i have drank 1 out of 8 cups of water
I have walked my dog!
I only have 7 more cups of water for today

My mini goals for the weekend are to:
-Work out at for half an hour each day
-Hit 10,000 steps overall
-Cook all of my meals
-Skip any wine on Sunday0 -
Hi. My main goal was to buy a food scale and I just did that, now I can start measuring my food instead of guesstimating. Mini- goals, walk to the pool, swim a few laps when possible, reach my macros and catch some Sons of Anarchy on Netflix after I put the kids to sleep.0

This is a great group, thank you SO much for starting it!
Do you suppose after the 100 days are over we can take a mini break (3weeks - one month) and then continue? that would be wonderful!
My mini goals today are:
1- to increase my water intake,
2- to do my squats
3- add some form of exercise
So far, so good! I'm
1/3 of the way there!!

I am feeling great! I haven't smoked since September 3rd! My mini goal for today is to walk four miles. I have one mile down, and will be doing three more after work

I'm so ENTHUSED about this plan! Yay! I went over last night--- 2 cosmos will do that, but I still am down a half pound, and I'm happy to be making BETTER choices and being AWARE of my eating.
I had turkey bacon and eggs and cantalope for breakfast. SO
I will eat lots of veggies for lunch and probably fish for dinner.
AND I KNOW I am feeling better because I'm drinking water all day. SO my mini goal for the day to get my water in.
TRACK HONESTLY everything I put in my mouth.

Is it day 4 already? I have weathered two work potlucks, donuts, cake pops, Sees candies and late night taco bell! Each time I said no, I felt empowered! Really struggling on the water intake..tough to do at my job, for bathroom breaks can be elusive. My littles are getting sick so my goals of more sleep were not achieved. looking forward to more success next week!0

My mini goal this weekend is to stay out of restaurants! I'm staying at my mom's this weekend and she wants to eat every meal out. I have been making us healthy meals before she gets a chance to suggest a restaurant :-) It's working so far. Once I am home again my goal is to swim laps everyday...no excuses. I really feel good after, I don't know why I procrastinate. Good luck everyone!0
