Reward yourself

Hey guys,I find when I have a defined goal with a reward attached to it, that helps me remain focused Why not post your planned rewards, the goals they related to and then when you do them you can tell us how it was? I'll start....

Recently when I lost 10 kg. I decided to do the big rush at Moses in Durban. I was so scared and then I jumped. There was so much wind and the noise. The ground got real big real fast too. Then the rope stopped me before I hit the ground. It was super cool !

My next reward is to go sky diving, I plan to do this when I lose 30 Kg in total... I cant wait!!

    I've pretty much hit well under my target a short while back and am looking to slowly increase lean muscle mass. My passion is dirtbikes, so all my small goals reached were rewarded with sport specific scenarios, another helmet, more gear that can fit, another bike, another tattoo..
